First thing you need to know:

Creating a healthy, lean body depends on how well each individual woman’s body copes with the demands made on it. This is highly individual: what works for you may not work for your friend, but the important thing is that you understand what works for you.

To understand this, you need to know that almost every major system in your body relates to your metabolism and your ability to lose weight and keep it off, specifically your central nervous, endocrine, musculoskeletal, digestive, immune, and detoxification systems. Parts of your metabolic blueprint are genetically predetermined or formed in utero, while others are highly influenced by your nutrition, emotional history, stress level, lifestyle, and environment.

So this means you need to get healthy on all these levels before you can lose those stubborn pounds.

SO the first steps are as follows. This is a basic blue print to loss the pounds now you may have to add to this blue print to obtain the result you are looking for. But this will get you moving in the right direction if you are looking to loose about 5-50 pounds.

  1. First step buy a juicer I have a vita mixer, (RAW) Certified organic Virgin, Coconut Oil, and Apple Cider Vinegar with the mothers in it. Braggs is a great brand.
  2. You will start to Juice your breakfast Monday to Friday.

First thing when you wake up take a shot of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar 1 to 2 tablespoons. This prepares your stomach for the food you are about to eat later. If possible you should always take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar before you eat anything. This adds to weight loss because your body burns the food more efficiently with the Apple Cider Vinegar shot. Next juice your fruits and vegetable try to stay away from bananas because they have a tendency to make people gain weight. Before you drink your breakfast take a tablespoon of Virgin cold pressed Coconut Oil this speeds up your metabolism to help regulate your weight.  Drink your breakfast and don’t add any sugar to the drink. Honey and stevia are the only Sweetener you can use.

3. Before lunch drink 4 cups of water. This plays into the part about your body not being able to tell the difference between thirst and hungry. So we are just going to make sure you are not just thirst first. Now you may have anything you want in reason. Try to avoid Burgers, fries and soda. If you must eat it only have half the burger (try vegan burger) half the fries and no soda at all. Soda is really bad for you.   1. Now for dinner you start the same way as you did lunch 4 cups of water then you can have something very light not heavy. Salad with only olive oil and Raw Apple Cider Vinegar as a dressing. Try to have it with out meat if you have to have meat go with fish or chicken. The more green the salad the better.
  1. After dinner you must take a nice walk around the block a few times this allows you to digest the food properly and burn off a few calories before bedtime. This is a great way to end your day.

Note: Just as you work 5 days a week and rest 2 day your digestive system needs the same rest. Many people never think about this in that away. Your digestive is always at work every time you eat. We must all learn to rest our digestive system for 2 days. I know not every body can fast for two days but we must work up to it.  Fasting for one or two days a week allows your body to detoxify from all the junk it has taking in all week.  Toxins are all around us so a day or two of just bottled water will make a world of difference.

So the most important part of this blog is to remember to fast. I think Sunday is the best day to start the fast.
