Conscious Books are Keys (enlighten yourself)

August 7, 2010

Conscious Books are Keys.

Key – [kee] n:

1. Instrument for locking and unlocking: a metal bar with notches or grooves that, when inserted into a lock and turned, operates the lock’s mechanism

2. Door or lock opener: a device such as a plastic card with an encoded magnetic strip that operates a door or lock

3. Means: a way or means of achieving something

4. Important aspect: the aspect of something that, once understood, provides a full understanding or explanation of the whole.

Currently I’m reading, Dynamics of Yoga and The Teaching of Buddha

Here is a book list to study if you want to begin walking the road of consciousness and enlightenment. It was created primarily to enlighten but added more books, which means more keys.

2. Ancient and Modern Britons (volumes 1&2) by David Mac Ritchie

3. Message To The People: The Course Of African Philosophy by Marcus Garvey. All of Marcus Garvey’s works.

4. Stolen Legacy by George G.M. James

5. The World’s Sixteen Crucified Saviors by Kersey Graves

6. The Aquarian Gospel Of Jesus The Christ by Levi H.

7. The Secret Science by John Baines

9. Nile Valley Contributions to Civilization

10. As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. All James Allen’s works

11. Black’s Law Dictionary 1st to 4th Edition

12. Unabridged Dictionary

13. Etymology Dictionary

14. Thesaurus

15. Dred Scott case

We must eat alkaline foods like our forefathers, and drink plenty of spring water in order to stay healthy. Here is a good health book list that I created from my studies:

As a Man Thinketh by James Allen

The Water Prescription by Christopher Vasey

Heal Thyself by Queen Afua

Sacred Woman by Queen Afua [for the ladies, and anyone else who is interested]

How to Eat to Live Vol. 1 and 2 by Elijah Muhammad

Nutricide by Dr. Afrika

Hatha Yoga, or The Yogi Philosophy of Physical Well-Being by Yogi Ramacharaka

African Holistic Health by Dr. Afrika

The Science of Breath by Yogi Ramacharaka

Mucusless Diet Healing System and Rational Fasting both by Arnold Ehret

The Seven Year Fasting Schedule at the end of Blackroots Science’s book

Then after you read those, build off of Dr. Sebi’s info, and his food list, alkaline vs. acidic foods, fasting, and particularly the Seven Year Fasting Schedule at the end of Blackroots Science’s book.

Now i have been studing history and found out some amazing things about America and Black people. Did you know about 85% of the natives/indigenous people who lived in North West Amexem/America looked like us. I never knew that. Here are more readings to inform you about our history.
